The Garden Suite enjoys the same amazing forever view as the Loft Suite but has its own separate entry providing complete privacy.
The chef-designed kitchen leads out to the covered deck for alfresco dining.
	This well-designed space includes a queen-size mahogany captain's bed built into an incredible volcanic rock wall.
Air conditioning and soft, comfortable furniture complete this vacation haven.

Deposit, Cancellation and Refund Policies

A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation for any of our homes.  The deposit must be received within 7 days of the reservation.  Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. In the event of a cancellation, all monies are refundable if the vacation home is re-rented, less 20% administrative costs based on the total villa rental.  Not included in the rental rates is a Virgin Islands hotel tax of 8%.  Most villas require a refundable security deposit.  All rates are subject to change.  We are not responsible for any typographical errors.  We highly recommend travel insurance. 

SECURITY / DAMAGE DEPOSIT
A Security Deposit is required for some homes.
