We are a small,
private, quiet, compound, each with an apartment-Bananaquit and Seagrape is
just a 2 minute walk to Frank Bay beach with lots of lovely tropical foliage and
flowers. Caribsurf is directly across from Frank Bay beach. We manage our properties meticulously , with particular attention
to your personal needs without being intrusive. Pick the one that is right
for you. Amenities include - phone, tv, radio, cd and dvd players, hair
dryer, all linens, beach towels, beach chairs and barbecue grill.
Seagrape is a
new 2 level 2 bedroom (1 king in master and 1 queen sofa bed in study/den)
&3 bath villa , a/c on the bedroom level.
Bananaquit is
a new queen bed/1 bath apartment with a/c and a fully equipped
kitchen.
Caribsurf is an efficiency unit right on Frank Bay, a/c queen bed/1 bath and
kitchenette.

living/dining area, a large 8 x 28 private deck with an outdoor grille,

Bananaquit
accommodates 2 adults and 1 child under the age of 10.
There is a cot available for extra guest or those not wishing to share a bed.
Also available is a portacrib for babies. No charge for kids 2
years and under.
4 night minimum.

8% room tax is included in rates.

Caribsurf
An efficiency
apartment in our villa across the road from Frank Bay. It is air-conditioned, with a
queen bed, bath and a small fully equipped kitchen, full refrigerator,
coffeemaker, microwave, toaster, blender . Caribsurf comes with cable TV,
private phone, all linens, beach towels, beach chairs and an outdoor sitting deck with
table and casual chairs at the front entrance. It has another
sitting deck out under the palms overlooking Frank Bay across the small
paved road. Enjoy the lovely sunsets.

Seagrape
Seagrape, a
'Country French' style villa -
On the upper level is a king master bedroom, a
bedroom/study with a queen sofa bed and 2 baths. Outside the master bedroom on the
deck, a spa awaits for your private pleasure under the moon and stars. There is
cable TV, telephone, a separate line for your computer connection, CD
player, a Bose radio and a library of paperbacks.
On the main
and street level there is a kitchen, living, dining room, full bath,
laundry, large 12 x 24 deck with a gas grille, deck furniture, many plants
and orchids. Our fully equipped kitchen, has a dishwasher and microwave.
The floor plan is open with 5 overhead fans, wrought iron windows, no
glass and 9 foot ceilings.

Deposit, Cancellation and
Refund Policies
A 50% deposit is
required to secure your reservation for any of our homes. The deposit must be
received within 7 days of the reservation. Balance is due 60 days
prior to arrival. In the event of a cancellation, all monies are refundable if
the vacation home is re-rented, less 20% administrative costs based on the total
villa rental. Not included in the rental rates is a Virgin Islands hotel
tax of 8%. Most villas require a refundable security deposit. All
rates are subject to change. We are not responsible for any typographical
errors. We highly recommend travel insurance.
SECURITY / DAMAGE DEPOSIT
A Security Deposit is required for some homes.
